Air Conditioning Product Updates 2013

ECA

the recent 2013 budget included some important changes to the Enhanced Capital Allowances Scheme (ECA) for energy-saving technologies, including split and VRF air source heat pumps.
these changes go live on 7th August 2013 and will affect the current energy technology list (ETL). if you are seeking to make a purchase of a product listed on the ETL please make sure you check it is still listed immediately prior to completing your order. As long as the product is listed at the time of your purchase, an ECA can be claimed.

further to our recent announcement of the new range of ZMP wall mounted systems, we can now confirm that these are now available for delivery. we can also confirm that you can use these systems on existing pipe work, providing that the pipe sizes are the same.
we are experiencing an increasing number of E21 fault codes on FDT cassette units. this fault code is caused by the cassette grille being left open, which in turn causes the in-built safety switch to go open circuit. closing the grille will close the safety switch circuit and reset the error code.
