Daikin to build largest air conditioner plant in China - The Mainichi Daily News: "Daikin to build largest air conditioner plant in China

OSAKA (Kyodo) -- Daikin Industries Ltd. will build its largest air conditioner plant in China's Jiangsu Province, company sources said Thursday.

The annual production capacity of the new plant, to be constructed at a site where Daikin operates another plant, will be 1.5 million units, the sources said.

Daikin will invest about 18 billion yen and hire some 4,000 local employees for the new plant scheduled to start operations in April 2012, they said.

The Osaka-based company, which forecasts growing sales of air conditioning equipment, mainly in emerging countries, aims to chalk up consolidated sales of 2 trillion yen in fiscal 2015.

The company is focused on the fast-growing Chinese market, and aims to expand production and sales there by building the new plant.

Wind Turbine Installation Case Study

Wind Turbine Installation Case Study: "This is a installation case study of a wind turbine installation on the top of a large commercial building for the purposes of producing power for office lighting and PC's.
