Panasonic Terms and Conditions:

• Promotion begins on the 1^st January 2012 and ends on the 31^st of March 2012.
• To claim your £350 cash back request it from your Panasonic UK Distributor together with a copy of the invoice issued by the Distributor by the 10^th April 2012. Any claims sent after this time will not be counted.
• Promotion refers to purchase of complete Aquarea systems only.
•  Panasonic UK does not accept any responsibility for misdirected, delayed, or lost claims.
• You will receive the cash back from your Panasonic UK Distributor 28 days after you have sent your claim request.
• No cash back will be given unless the invoice copy is provided to Panasonic UK.
• The RHPP Government Incentive is a separate scheme, the proposed amount stated on the advert is only a guideline amount, and Panasonic UK do not take any responsibility for the failure of RHPP Government proposals.
• Panasonic UK will be providing evidence to the relative Tax Office to demonstrate that the personal Tax and NI related to cash back supplied have been paid on your behalf by Panasonic UK.
